Online orders. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is approved. If you have opted to create an account when placing an order, you will also receive instructions to login to your account. If you didn’t receive a notificaton, please check your email spam folder, it could have ended up there. If our email ended up in your spam folder, we’d appreciate it if you could mark the email as ‘not spam’.
Phone orders. If you placed an order over the phone, please allow at least 24 hours for our system to generate an email confirmation. If you didn’t receive an email confirmation after 24 hours, you may call our customer service number 888-864-9728 or email email@example.com. Your email may have been entered incorrectly or it could have went into your spam folder. If our email ended up in your spam folder, we’d appreciate it if you could mark the email as ‘not spam’.
First, you can visit our ORDER STATUS page. Enter your Order number and email address. The result will show the details of your order and tracking information if it has shipped. If you do not see a result, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Second, login to your MY ACCOUNT page. Once logged in, click the orders tab and it will show you your order history and status.
Our customer service hours are Monday – Thursday, 8:30AM to 4:00PM PST and Friday, 8:30AM to 3:00PM.
1. Call Customer Support at 888-864-9PAT to obtain a Return Authorization Number to ensure that you are within your money back guarantee period and to properly identify your order. Please display your Return Authorization prominently on the outside of the box.
2. Once products are received we will inspect your returned items and process your refund within a few days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Do not return golf clubs without a return authorization number, we won’t be able to give a refund without it.
